Good Evening Everyone,
This week was Science week
and the children carried out a range of exciting activities. They tracked the
weather and measured the rain using rain gauges. They completed a challenge on
Wednesday where they worked in pairs to make a tree by using only 4 pieces of
paper and a pair of scissors. We were so impressed with the children’s amazing
creations. Today, they took part in a Science workshop which they thoroughly
enjoyed!
Next Week:
Maths- The children will be
finding doubles, near doubles, subtracting using number bonds and counting
backwards.
English- The children will
continue to work from the book ‘Hello Mr Postmouse.’ They will be extending
sentences by using ‘and’ and ‘but,’ writing noun phrases and writing labels.
RE- The children will be
learning about Ramadan
Geography- The children will be identifying the four
compass directions.
PSHE- The children will
learn about cleanliness to keep healthy
